get rid of this equinox http-service hack used in
http://bitbucket.org/reto/jetty-osgi-httpservice (code to be donated to jetty,
had discussions about it but didn't commit as I'm unhappy with using this
equinox component that seems to be a hack to be able to bind any servlet
container which is not needed for jetty)
