Since we ssl enabled Clerezza for foaf+Ssl, and since in any case more
and more sites will be moving to SSL because of things such as
firesheep [1] I have been looking into how to debug SSL communication.
One can do this with Wireshark as explained by
http://wiki.wireshark.org/SSL
But oddly enough I could not get this to work for Chromium or Opera. Firefox
and Safari packets were disassembled correctly. As a result I created
a Wireshark bug report
https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=5423
It is worth following this discussion and voting for it so that we can
debug the browsers and our servers correctly, and later have tools
to follow up with customer issues. Wireshark is going to be a very
important tool.
