create an https setup bundle

People find it difficult to setup https. It should be quite easy in fact.
There are some certificate authorities that give low level certificates out for
free. Usually the procedure is as follows:
- you make a public/private key pair
- create a certificate from that with your domain name in the right place (in
the DN)
- you send it to them
- they look in whois and find the e-mail address you have there and send you
the signed certificate
So an osgi bundle could find out how one of those works, and automate that
procedure in one click.
