Thanks for the files, I've added the patch to GraphIndexer. In ResourceFinder
I've added an overloaded method taking a java.util.List.
As for the stack-overflow, does it also occur when adding the triples more
slowly? an accosional 100ms without new indexable resource should solve the
problem, otherwise you'd have to increase the stack size.
