Users cannot access their own graph

UserGraphAcessPermissionProvider of org.apache.clerezza.platform.users grant
readwriteaccess to web.id users but using an old graphname. Same for a
premission in the communityUser role.
I think the permission should be in the DefaultRole and
WebIdBasedPermissionProvider should be changed to allow assigning roles rather
than just permission to the WebId users and assign the DefaultRole to them.
