CRIS does not close file descriptors of deleted files

After optimize, Lucene segment files are deleted, there is no obvious reason
why they would still need to be used. Nevertheless Lucene (CRIS) keeps the file
descriptors open.

Most likely IndexReaders are not properly closed by CRIS and they live on
consuming those file descriptors.
