UIMA RegExAnnotator is too simple to demonstrate the effective advantage of
using an NLP algorithm for enriching text.
Apache OpenNLP has better support for OSGi plus a nicer algorithm for
extracting named entities (maximum entropy) so it would be nice to migrate to
that in one of the uima.samples services.
