CRIS (GraphIndexer) provides an interface to schedule optimization tasks. That
interface is inaccessible via the IndexService that provides a GraphIndexer
service for the content Graph (because this service might have multiple users
it may be problematic to allow each of them to change the schedule - the
optimization schedule might become unpredictable). However it should have the
option to set a global optimization schedule via component configuration.
