I tried again today, from scratch and adding -Dfile.encoding=utf-8 (as for
CLEREZZA-387) and everything works fine now.
Cannot figure out why I had this problem last time.
Since I did the process three times and worked, I think this issue can be
closed, to not block the releasing phase.
Will report again if this problem re-appear.
