Currently the felix scr-plugin is enabled in the clerezza parent. I think this
should be enabled only on project were it is needed.
Reasons:
- Scala project do not work with scr configuration
- Standard annotations can be used as per DS 1.2, this is implemented

and possibly also by BND (used by maven-bundle-plugin)
