Description: The java code is using scala.actors.threadpool.Arrays instead
of java.util.Arrays. With this fixed the scala dependencies can be removed.
(was: because debugging is difficult and also compiling source code takes 20sec
longer in scala I have rewritten the scala code into java code (Even though,
there are a lot of cool utilities in scala)
