Many apache projects include DOAP files, which are used to populate the
projects.apache.org page. Details are available at
http://projects.apache.org/doap.html
Attached is a sample DOAP file with some information taken from the clerezza
website. Someone else may wish to add additional data. In any case, the
attached DOAP points to the existing incubator source repository -- that will
need to be changed.
The PMC chair will need to inform infrastructure about the location of the DOAP
file.
