Aside from the whole thought-control and image-control aspects of this (I
wonder who complained so much that she felt she had to apologize for her real
feelings)...
What a waste, throwing away perfectly good Dixie Chicks CDs. Some of us
can't even afford to buy CDs from our favorite artists, in part due to the
taxes we are all paying this month to finance a war we don't support.
Any idea how we can support Natalie Maines and her courage to say what she
did? Even if she thought she was safe overseas -- at least she did speak
up...
