Dear Friends,
Yesterday morning I was reflecting upon the word PATRIOTIC, loyalty to the
fatherland, and how I have sort of disassociated from it ever since my days
as a world traveler. The idea of patriotism brings to mind all of those
things which help to separate and divide us. The ol' us versus them. Feeling
my strong connection to Mother Earth these days in her time of ascension, I
wondered if there was a word to express that sentiment, one whose loyalties
were with Mother Earth. So then I thought, what about MATRIOTIC? Since 2003
is the year of the rise of feminine energy, why not proclaim ourselves
Matriots for the greater good?
