Today's Plain Dealer Metro section says that a bill is being introduced today in the Ohio Legislature that will:
1) allow police to arrest bystanders that ignore an order to disperse
2) allow prosecutors not to have to prove planned disorderly conduct in advance

Now more than ever, we need the right to assemble and protest W's policies and any other issue we want our voice heard on (IMF etc.)

Take action by writing to the Ohio Legislature at www.legislature.state.oh.us
