Have to work out a few kinks. 1.0.0rc4 is up as CHUNK and view online
though. Will work on pdf versions after work tomorrow. Also, can
someone please removed the doubled "version" entities from general.ent?
;) Also decide if we want a BOOK subdir for clfs-1.0 or not, since it
