The main complaint is that autogen is missing.
Autogen's dependencies are m4, gmp, libtool, and guile
(in that order). I've been unable to successfully
install guile yet, as it complains that gmp (or was it
m4?) is not installed. Autogen therefore cannot be
installed.
I am currently reinstalling the tools to include a
patch for gcc which should resolve a glibc make check
error. When I finish that task successfully, I'll
come back to this problem.

This test is not required, but we are currently working on trying to get
this test working, but it is not necessary and safely can be ignored.
