Funnily enough, I didn't see a report for 20061128, but it sounds likely it might work: 20061127 was ok on most platforms, 20061129 was ok on i386 but not arm, every report since shows compile failures on all platforms.
But, I don't know the detail of what he is testing (particularly, the headers). I assume he is using buildroot.
