To the Makefile I added only the new functionalities and commands to render
the outputs. Not simplified to re-use the *-full.xml and *-html.xml files
(like was done on the {,B,H}LFS Makefiles) due that I'm lost when variables
are used to define the targets.
Sure that you know better than I how to depure the CLFS Makefiles.
I will try to update the CLFS and CLFS-Sysroot XSL code in the next days.
