[Clfs-dev] x86_64 chroot bug

Theres a bug in chroot in chapter 8.10 that happens when doing mount - vt devpts -o gid=4,mode=620 none /dev/pts and mount -vt tmpfs none / dev/shm both commands fail saying mount: only root can do that.
