If one follows the progression of this book as it stands, (chroot method). one
is going to get to 10.15.1 and need to ;
"Prepare ppl-config to be wrapped by
the multiarch wrapper and then wrap it:"
Unfortunately, the multiarch wrapper doesn't actually exist until covered in
10.22.1
Screwy page ordering perhaps? Should/can multiarch occur earlier in the
make-piece?
