[Clfs-dev] ppl 0.12.1

Hello
Would someone tell me if the Watchdog library has been removed from the latest 
version of ppl and if sohow one goes about getting it back?  Or if it is still 
required?
I just installed the latest version on my pure 64 system and now gcc does not 
work as pwl libraries are missing :(
Any thoughts?
