Hmm I wonder why the 32 bit and pure64 books didn't have an issue.
They use --exec-prefix=/tools, as well and never noticed a problem.
Gonna go through a quick x86 temp system build and see if it is indeed
a problem there as well, and with pure64 to see if /tools/tools/lib is
being created.

Hi everyone
Just checked my last build on pure-64, i have --exec-prefix=/tools, and
just looked at the logs an every thing went where it should go
all libs in tools/lib, binaries in /tools/bin and /tools/sbin
no /tools/tools at all
