In chapter 10, the build of sysvinit disables wall because it was built
by util-linux.
But the multilib version of util-linux specifically passes
"--disable-wall" to configure. Pure64 does not. Although Pure64 does
pass "--enable-arch", which multilib does not. That last might make sense.
Under "meaning of the configure options" in multilib, it does discuss
the "--enable-arch" option, which isn't passed.
