I've had someone tell me that maybe the book needs to mention g++
should be installed on the host as well. I've never ran into a
situation where the host didn't install g++ along with gcc. Are there
hosts out there that do? Even with a default install?
I think the first package that would use g++ for the build would be
file in cross-tools.
