I've completely revamped the script so that it pulls the majority of
the commands from a rendered copy of the book unless there is an
over-riding modified page in a local directory. I just got a complete
almost un-attended run. The only time I had to interact with the
script was for a couple things being request during "make oldconfig"
for uClibc.I want to change the script to pull from the online
version and then I will post it.

If you publish your scripts, can you do it on something like github or
bitbucket so it can be version controlled and so others can send
patches / pull requests?
