I have a patch I've been using for hosts using texinfo 5.1 when
building clfs-dev.
Are other people experiencing issues when building binutils with hosts
using texinfo 5.x?
Perhaps we need to add a patch for cross tools and temp system
binutils for hosts using texinfo 5.x.
I haven't tested to see if it breaks hosts using texinfo 4.13 or 4.13a.
It is based on this patch:
