If anyone tests, the current book is uploaded, and 32bit and pure 64
bit builds using the boot method rather than chroot would be greatly
appreciated.
The bootscripts package is where it needs to be and is updated in the
current book's packages page.

./configure --prefix=/usr --exec-prefix=/ --sysconfdir=/etc
--with-rootprefix="" --libdir=/usr/lib --libexecdir=/usr/lib
--enable-split-usr --enable-rule_generator --disable-introspection
--disable-keymap --disable-gudev --enable-libkmod
if you want binaries in /sbin you can add --bindir=/sbin
