Do the separate arch xml files get included into the one file, too and we do arch=ppc64 or arch=sparc64 or leave those xml files and include from common?

Also,

We need to redo how we separate the test suites. It'd be nice that when we do dump-commands that we can include the test suite commands or leave them out.
Any ideas on that?
