Powerpc now has the combined headers for 64-bit and 32-bit, and there are a few old ppc bits and pieces in asm-ppc. I think there is a chance that ARCH=ppc kernels will need the unmerged old headers - anybody actually running recent ARCH=ppc kernels probably built them on somewhat-old systems. If that is true, you might need to diverge from the book, use the old headers (so, I guess that means the linux-libc-headers, the clfs linux-headers only started around 2.6.16). Of course, nobody here is using those headers with the latest, or even recent, toolchains, so there might be some breakage.
I guess that's why it's called a development board, you'll probably need to do a lot of development on it :-( ĸen -- das eine Mal als Tragödie, das andere Mal als Farce _______________________________________________ Clfs-support mailing list [email protected] http://lists.cross-lfs.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/clfs-support
