There is cblfs.cross-lfs.org as other people have suggested. CBLFS does
expect that the packages installed in chapter 10 of CLFS are present on
the system you're building on. Also, CBLFS doesn't cover cross-compiling
the packages it's targeted at building them natively after you're booted
into the final system.
