I redid the sed to change /lib to /lib/tools in the specfile. Now the
configure and make ran just fine.
There are two libs and this time I only changed one. I left the m64
entry alone and only changed m31.
{m31:-dynamic-linker /lib/ld.so.1}
{m64:-dynamic-linker /lib/ld64.so.1}
