I've just compiled xserver again, but now set the CPPFLAGS first, and no
error anymore:
CPPFLAGS="-I/opt/source/Mesa-7.0.2/include"
./configure ......
make
(no error anymore)
make install
I'm now trying it does compile with xgl options.
