This means that /mnt/clfs/usr/lib/libblkid.so was compiled for the wrong
achitecture. My guess would be that e2fsprogs didn't compile properly.
Re-compile e2fsprogs. and ensure that it cross-compiled the binary by
running file /mnt/clfs/usr/lib/libblkid.so.
Thanks man my problem solve after reinstall e2fsprogs and my problem
