I have successfully installed Ncurses-5.9 as per instructions given
in 6.11 of CLFS 1.2
Any suggestion regarding the compilation error?
I am trying to build CLFS for x86_x64 system using Ubuntu 12.04 (64-
bit).

With a debian based system you'll need to also install ncurses dev
package.
