For eglibc there is a configure option for installing obsolete rpc
headers: --enable-obsolete-rpc
Right now we copy them manually.
Eglibc now requires tzdata, as it doesn't install timezone data by
itself.
So tzdata needs to be added.
I think that is about all I see.
I am going to go through a multilib build for ppc64 and see if my work
in progress changes for multilib work.
