thnkx, I'm using VS.NET 2003 too, that explains, I find the excludes an ugly
hack, I'll check if there is a way analog to the VS.NET 2002 solution (I'm
behind 2002 right now and have no 2003 here)

I had the same problem compiling it in VS 2003. I had to the same
thing to get rid of the error.
It has been a while but If I remember it right, I had a similar
problem with VS 2002 debug build and added the /OPT:REF flag to the
linker options for Apache.Web.dll and the problem went away. That did
not seem to work with VS 2003.
