We are using Apache version 2.0.46
This Apache is too old.
with Tomcat version 4.1.29.
Apache hangs on irregular intervals and it needs to be restarted.
Here are the errors visible in Apache error logs:-

They are all Java errors anyway!
Tell him to send this to a Tomcat list!
