It looks like click-examples are not working because the 
domain.PostalAddress was removed, but it's still there in the Cayenne 
mapping, so it fails to load:


Strange, it works with Cayenne2 even with the redundant mapping. 
That was a bug in Cayenne2 that was fixed in the meantime. Cayenne3 
validates correctly the XML now.

I've updated the xml.
