http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/click/trunk/examples/click-spring-cayenne/
(a version of Petclinic example), in order to:
- use the latest libraries and controls from Click, Spring and Cayenne
- host it live, to demonstrate these the usage of Click with Spring
