Hi Christophe,
I might be mistaken, but think that the development/user lists are for
discussing the various possible features, solutions to problems and support to
questions. See:

The issue tracker is more to "track" the progress (and the state) of an issue -
not for support requests. In this case, being "Unassigned", no developer has
found yet the resources to implement it (other issues being more popular).
