Provide a popup CalendarField.
Candidate library is: http://code.google.com/p/calendardateselect/
Couple of issues encountered thus far:
- No date formatting or parsing support, we have to implement this ourselves.
Fortunately Matt Kruse provides such a library under MIT:
http://www.javascripttoolbox.com/lib/date/index.php
- the CalendarDateSelect feels a bit slugish especially on IE.
