Just ran our little Table benchmark against 2.1.0 and the results is more or
less the same.
Page size: 15kb
Requests per second: 2275
Requests per second increased from 2230 to 2275 = +2%
The slight increase might very well be because of other factors such as
upgrading from JDK6u4 to JDK6u14. The important thing is that there doesn't seem
to be any regressions in the past year :)

One day we should look at passing the buffer into Decorator#render to
enable rendering from a single buffer.
