I have prepared OpenWRT packages for both Click 1.7.0rc1 and one pulling the latest Click from GIT, updating and cleaning a little bit the examples earlier posted on this list and elsewhere. Currently only user level.
I have these compiling cleanly when compiling for VMware x86 under Ubuntu 9.10, but I'm afraid I've forgotten some dependencies. And I don't have them working yet when cross-compiling on a Mac OS X host.
