created](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk11u-dev/pull/1940) seems to be valid.
I'll update the [associated issue](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8304291)
now.

Not sure why
[previous](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/8205#issuecomment-1153856655)
[committers](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/4128#issuecomment-873779183)
had issues. Maybe this is new functionality.
