Hello everybody
I think there is a bug in sun.print.RasterPrinterJob, namely in
banded-raster printing loop of
"printPage" method. This bug occurs on Windows platform only, when real
printer prints on real paper and getPhysicalPrintableX,
getPhysicalPrintableY methods of sun.awt.windows.WPrinterJob return
non-zero values. JDK version doesn't matter.

I would like to propose a bug fix.
May anybody reproduce this bug either to confirm that there is the bug or
to disprove it?
