Looks good. Maybe add something about testing on non-English locale but either 
way the fix looks reasonable.

Well, since it have a requires os.family tag you can skip Mac-only part - the 
test will only be ran on macOS. The rest looks good so if you don't feel like 
fixing it i'm ok with that.
