I was going to suggest something similar:

Usage: java -jar clojure.jar [option*] [file-arg*] [-- [arg*]]

Since you can't pass args without the --. I think it does make sense,
sometimes, to pass args without file-args. I know I've done that for
the REPL to test playing around with *command-line-args*.
