Actually, if you are trying to write out to a file, then instead do this
(doseq [[name-sym desc-string name-string] (prepare-data spreadsheet)]
(spit "clinic.clj"
(pr-str `(onto/defconcept ~name-sym ~desc-string ~name-string))
:append true))
