This should be saying wrong number of args passed to core$zero? rather
than core$fn. I don't know why it isn't.
(For those who missed it, the error is a missing pair of parentheses:
(if-not (zero? (diskqueue-count (if value
(trait-dir trait)
(trait-undecided-dir trait))))
).
